Meet Our Faculty
Our faculty and staff are culturally diverse and their uniqueness and specialties will enhance our children’s learning. Our program is privileged to have An administrator who is in charge of orchestrating the dynamics of the whole school community, A Director who works directly with the teachers and children developing specific programs that blend with the curriculum, and teachers who are constantly observing and documenting children’s languages as they reflect their development.
Our teachers are certified and specialized in early childhood from accredited institutions. Each member of our staff holds at a minimum a CDA (Child Development Associate) and their 45 hours as required by the State of Florida. All of our Teachers are certified in CPR and First Aid. All teachers meet or exceed the compliance requirement with the State of Florida and any required credentials. There is continuous professional development that occurs on an ongoing basis.

I started at Grace United as a three year old teacher and have since been promoted as the Director of operations. I enjoy interacting with the students and I am extremely happy to see my students grow, learn and get prepared for their future years. I have a Master degree in Social Work from Florida International University and currently pursuing additional Early Education course work. I am responsible for all teacher, parents and students. If you have any questions that I can address, I can be reached via email at Ejoseph@graceunitedlearning.com . I look forward to having you join our Grace Family.
Ms. Juana (Infant Teacher)
My name is Ms. Juana Fernandez. I am the infant teacher at Grace United. I have been caring for infants for the past 17 years. My favorite moments are seeing the babies take their first steps as they begin to explore and to roil and play with them as we do our exercises. I love to see their happy faces when you praise and encourage them. I would love to take care of your infant.
Ms. Marie (Two Year Old Teacher)
Hi, I am Ms. Marie. I have been teaching the Two Year Old class for the past 3 years and have been in the industry for 15 years. I love to teach because it is my passion and I love to see the children smile when they learn.
Ms. Sheila (Three year Old teacher)
My name is Sheila Cordoba and I am the teacher for the 3 year old class. I like to teach because I love children and I feel that every child deserves a good education. The happiest moment for me as a teacher is when I can see my students grow, learn and move on to the next level. I have been teaching for 10 years and I love what I do.
Ms. Cadet (VPK Class)
My name is Evela Cadet, but the children call me ‘Ms. Eve’. I am the lead teacher in the VPK classroom. I started here as a substitute teacher and I was hired to be a full time teacher. As a VPK teacher, my primary role is to ensure that my students gain the mental and social skills needed to succeed here and in the Kindergarten year ahead. It is a process, but I do enjoy making connections with students as well as their families. I look forward to each of my students’ growth as they spend their Pre-K year in my classroom. All current and prospective parents are welcomed to visit the VPK classroom. I am currently in the bachelors program for Early Childhood Education. I anticipate graduating by the end of 2017.
